He leads our SF Bay Area team, supporting Green Business certification, plastic reduction, food waste recovery, and sustainable business practices.

Julianne brings a strong background in project management and environmental science, with a focus on water quality and conservation. She has led sustainability initiatives for cities, nonprofits, and research institutes, and currently manages GreenBizTracker—the data platform that supports Sustainable Start.

Brooke leads Environmental Innovations’ commercial energy programs across California, partnering with agencies to deliver equitable, sustainability-focused solutions. With expertise in program design, stakeholder engagement, and incentive development, she drives initiatives that balance environmental impact with business success.

As Co-Executive Director of the California Green Business Network and Business Development Director, Lacey supports community-driven economic development and a more sustainable business sector across California. With a background in climate planning and over a decade leading sustainability in higher education, she brings deep experience in integrating sustainability into policies, operations, and organizational culture.

A recognized expert in resource management, she is a LEED Green Associate and holds a Professional Certificate in Sustainable Resource Management from the California Resource Recovery Association.

Saburi is a Sustainability Consultant specializing in digital marketing, outreach, and project management. She supports Green Business Programs through partnership coordination, content creation, and social media strategy, helping businesses engage with and promote sustainable practices.

Rilynn is a Sustainability Consultant specializing in business efficiency and resource conservation. Based in the Bay Area, she coordinates the Alameda and Santa Clara County Green Business Programs and serves on CAGBN’s Performance and Standards Committee, helping shape statewide sustainability standards for businesses.

Nancy is a Bilingual Sustainability Consultant specializing in outreach to small, Spanish-speaking businesses across the Central Valley and Bay Area.
